Covid 19 has restricted a lot of travel activities due to its health related concerns. But if you can't wait to visit us know that we are going above and beyond to take all precautions to keep our small hotel safe and clean. Both yours and our well-being, health and safety will always come first. 

 

We are a rural Boutique Hotel located in the countryside and away from the city, thus we remain safe from crowds and gatherings. We have farm lands all around and the whole setting of the hotel is amidst 6 acres of land with only 4 rooms. Rest all is lawns and gardens, thus ensuring you will be properly protected and safer than any other place in Varanasi.

 

Pick op from the airport or train station – if you have requested for a pick up, we arrange a dedicated driver having proper medical fitness certificate with required testing undergone. Our cars will be completely sanitized and we will provide you with a mask, sanitiser, tissues and wipes to ensure you maintain your hygiene during the drive to our property.

 

Check In – guest are required to share their travel history and photo ID’s prior to arrival with the reservations team online. We will accept online bank transfers and refrain from accepting credit or debit cards. Body temperature is recorded of all guests, team members and vendors entering the premises. Luggage will be disinfected from outside on arrival.

 

Our Public Areas – sanitizers will be kept at all prominent locations within the hotel. All Public areas including Reception, Library Lounge, Sparrow Café, Tea counter  and any other touch points are cleaned multiple times a day with 1% Sodium Hypochlorite. All material coming into our hotels will be sanitized immediately upon delivery. Packaged items are sprayed with disinfectant.  

 

Your Room – is cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Our sanitized keys are sealed in a packet which will be handed over to you by our staff wearing gloves. Safety kits containing disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and surface wipes are placed in your room.

 

Our Team Members - are equipped with cleaning checklists using professionally identified chemicals. Our maximum Team members stay within premise away from any social interaction. Their body temperature is checked twice a day and recorded. Regular training is carried out with our team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed.

 

Our Café - and public area seating have been rearranged to adhere to social distancing with every table placed at a distance of 2 feet. We have reduced our covers and we also have a large poolside dining area for further safety assurance of social distancing during dining. Our restaurant menu will be available online.

 

Our Kitchen – utensils, equipment, crockery and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned with chlorine tablet water after every use. Fresh produce is washed with dissolved chlorine tablets in water as per global food safety norms. Detailed training given to all food handlers on best practises based on the latest studies.

 

Check Out - formalities will be done via whatsapp and e-bill on whatsapp or e-mails a couple of hours prior to check out time.
